Translation
For a fair quote please provide the following:
- A copy of the document to be translated
- The target language (language to be translated to)
- The time frame for completion
Quotes are based on the number of words to be translated taking into account: the languages involved, localization, volume, and time frame. The level of technical difficulty, graphics, and formatting are also considered. Typesetting/desktop publishing require a separate quote.
Interpretation
In order to provide a quote, we request:
- The languages involved (from/to)
- The type of interpretation (medical, legal, group presentation, etc.)
- Date and time of the appointment
- Location of the interpretation
Interpretation quotes are based on the length of interpreting time but also take into account the languages involved, distance, and the type of interpretation.
Note: Special rates are considered for multiple interpretations or a long term service contract.

Quotes are priced per hour and per project. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Video Production
Since each project if different, in order to prepare a quote we will need to know the details of the project.
Language Instruction
Conversational sessions are customized for each client as to content, duration and location. For a price we will need to know your special needs and requirements.
